Dr. Dickinson & Staff,
I am closing in on a year post trauma. I must confess that despite my current deficits, which continue to improve, I have lived the most productive and full life I ever have. I have learned so much about myself, my abilities, and my will. Most beneficial of all has been the development of a spiritual side that has helped keep all of these personal discoveries balanced and in humility. Sometimes it takes a life altering event for the light to switch on. Well they certainly came on with a big bang and I look forward to the present first and the future every day.
Dr. Dickinson, man you are an exceptional person first and doctor second. I am always impressed by your brilliance but so much more impressed with your compassionate heart. The decisions of the universe are strange and unpredictable. I could not have come under the care of a finer medical professional so in that sense I must concede to the perfection of all things, however capable I am to make sense of them. You have continued to be attentive to my concerns and my mother’s as well. You have a very special place in my family. You have a very special place in my family. You have a very special gift as a doctor and your staff that makes me feel at home every time I walk through the doors of your office. I just want to express these infinite thanks at this point.
